User agreement & terms

1. Parties

These Terms and the User Agreement (together, the “Agreement”) govern every custom-song request placed with SOOMUZIC (“SooMuzic”, “we”, “us”). By submitting a request, paying, or creating an account, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Personal use only

All custom songs are licensed to you for personal use only — to share with friends and family. You may not sell the song, sync it commercially, monetize it on social platforms, use it in advertising, or otherwise exploit it for commercial gain without a separate written contract with SooMuzic.

3. Ownership and copyright

All songs, lyrics drafted by SooMuzic, arrangements, AI vocal performances, and videos remain owned by SooMuzic. SooMuzic retains full copyright. Your payment buys a personal-use license, not ownership of the master, composition, or video.

4. Viral, popular, or revenue-generating use

If any custom song, for any reason, becomes viral, popular, or generates money (including streaming royalties, tips, ads, brand deals, sync, or gifts), SooMuzic owns a 50% share of any revenue generated.

If you ever wish to make commercial use of the song, you may work with SooMuzic on a contract and may opt to buy out of the revenue share on terms we both agree in writing.

5. AI music and AI voice

Songs are created using AI music and AI voice. Edits after a song is completed are limited. You should not expect human session-player revisions, unlimited vocal retakes, or full rearrangements as part of any plan.

6. Plans, delivery, and revisions

Basic ($19.99): one English song from the lyrics and description you provide. Be extremely descriptive — the song is made only from that information. No refunds and no changes once the song is completed. An account is required. Delivery is one week from payment.

Standard ($49.99 / $99.99): an account is required. SooMuzic will help draft three lyric versions for you to approve. Only the selected lyrics are produced. $49.99 includes three song versions; $99.99 includes eight. SooMuzic does not take responsibility for lyric content. Delivery is two weeks from payment.

Premium ($249.99 / $499.99): any language, three or more studio calls, and the same production depth as $99.99 with extra iteration. $499.99 also includes a 2–5 minute video from photos and clips you upload. Delivery is one to three months depending on complexity and the number of changes you request.

7. Your content

You represent that lyrics, descriptions, names, photos, and videos you provide are yours to use, do not infringe anyone’s rights, and do not include minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.

No explicit content is allowed in any video or uploaded media. Orders that violate this may be cancelled without refund.

8. Media retention

Premium users may upload, replace, and delete photos and videos from a private studio folder on their profile. That folder is shared only with the uploader and soomuzic@gmail.com. After the project is completed, you must remove your media. Any remaining media is deleted automatically 30 days after project completion.

9. Communications

All requests, messages, and studio correspondence are directed to soomuzic@gmail.com. We do not collect a separate delivery email on checkout.

10. Accounts

Every plan requires registration (Google / Gmail, X, or email). Photo and video uploads stay on Premium accounts.

11. Age and payment

Every requestor must be 18 or older to make a payment. Age confirmation is the first step of registration.

If you are under 18, you cannot pay yourself. A parent or guardian who is 18 or older must register and complete payment. The payment card or PayPal must be in that adult’s name.

The paying account holder represents that the card or PayPal used is in their own name.

Payment is through PayPal. You pay the exact amount of the plan you selected ($19.99, $49.99, $99.99, $249.99, or $499.99).

After you pay, this app issues a SOOMUZIC receipt. PayPal does not automatically mark the app as paid. SooMuzic confirms the payment by matching the PayPal activity (and any transaction ID you provide) to your receipt. Production starts only after that confirmation.

12. Liability

SooMuzic is not liable for how a song is received by the dedicatee, for cultural or linguistic nuance in AI-generated performance, or for third-party platform policies. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

13. Streaming, release costs, and credit

When you check the streaming box at checkout, you invite SOOMUZIC to publish the finished song on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, and any other streaming or digital service SOOMUZIC can reasonably reach, so the people it was written for can find it in the world.

SOOMUZIC pays the cost of that release. You are not asked to fund a distribution deal, a label advance, or platform fees for this listing.

If you provided the lyrics, your name is listed with them. You receive lyric credit, and any other credit you have honestly earned on the work. Credit is a gift of recognition, not a transfer of the master or the copyright described above.

Publishing on streams is how a private feeling becomes a song other people can hear. It does not turn SOOMUZIC into a rival of working musicians. The spirit of that promise lives on the Y page.
